How do I check the balance on my Direct Express® card?


There are four ways to keep track of your Direct Express® card transactions:

1. You can view your account information, and request free deposit notifications and low balance alerts with the free Direct Express® Mobile app for iPhones and Androids.

2. You can check your balance online and view past statements at

3. You also call the Direct Express® card Customer Service Department for your balance. They're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can find their phone number on the back of your card.
