There are four ways to keep track of your Direct Express® card transactions:
2. You can check your balance online and view past statements at www.USDirectExpress.com
3. You also call the Direct Express® card Customer Service Department for your balance. They're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can find their phone number on the back of your card.
4. You can check your balance at any ATM that displays the MasterCard® acceptance mark. (For a free ATM finder, check out the Direct Express® mobile app!)
